Your Role with The Company:
– Overseeing first article, PPAP, capability analysis, and gage R&R as needed
– Confirming product quality requirements are met and documented
– Ensuring control plans are in place for all products
– Assisting with internal quality audits
– Working with and developing suppliers as necessary including supplier auditing, root cause, and preventative/corrective actions
– This position reports to the Director of Quality and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role in an industrial manufacturing environment
– Understanding of metal fabrication and machining processes preferred
– Experience overseeing first article, PPAP, capability analysis, and gage R&R
– Experience with root cause analysis including preventative and corrective action
– Associate’s degree or ASQ certification desired, equivalent experience will be considered
