Your Role with The Company:
– Developing detailed manufacturing methods for complex precision machined parts and designing fixtures to support those processes.
– Streamlining manufacturing by integrating contractual and TDP requirements into business systems
– Providing comprehensive technical support for contracted work.
– Initiating quality planning to ensure top-notch products and supporting estimating activities to keep costs under control.
– Kicking off material planning to get what’s needed, on time, and oversee outside vendors to guarantee quality.
– Managing assigned projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and requirements.
– Implementing process improvements and supporting lean initiatives to boost efficiency.
– This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– Manufacturing Engineering experience in a metal fabrication environment required
– Experience in a machining environment preferred
– Proficiency with CAD/CAM systems
– Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Systems
– Project management experience with strong organization and communication skills
– Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry ideal (not required)
– A bachelor’s degree is preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
