Your Role with The Company:
– Evaluating and implementing processes for manufacturing to ensure the best balance of quality, cost, and efficiency
– Supporting New Product Introduction
– Utilizing Lean manufacturing principles to troubleshoot problems with production and implementing corrective action
– Researching, planning, and implementing capital equipment upgrades
– This position reports to the Plant Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering in a manufacturing environment
– Experience with New Product Introduction
– Proven track record of implementing process and productivity improvements utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement methodologies
– Willingness to / familiarity with living in a rural lake country community
– Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering discipline preferred
– Electrical assembly experience preferred
