Your Role with The Company:
– Driving overall manufacturing performance, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost
– Leading long-term lean manufacturing strategy and execution
– Developing and executing capital equipment strategy
– Implementing a quality management system and ensuring compliance with regulatory issues
– Driving systems & document control processes
– Collaborating with Product Management & Engineering on new product development, cost reduction, and quality improvement
– This position reports to the VP of Operations and will interact with many company functions so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing management, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing manufacturing operations in a plant
– Demonstrated success in leading and implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
– Experience with greenfield operations, plant startup/expansion strongly preferred
– P&L/Budget management experience
– Coaching and mentoring leadership style with demonstrated ability to develop and mentor team members
– Knowledge and experience of quality management principles, experience with ISO implementation/certification ideal
– BA/BS in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or other engineering preferred but not required
– Willingness to travel overnight up to 40%
