Your Role with The Company:
– Overseeing sales operations
– Developing the plan to go after new potential customers
– Building and growing the sales team
– Managing a portfolio of existing accounts
– Understanding the customers’ business drivers, building relationships, and closing deals
– Working with the entire team to ensure new projects are successfully launched
– This position reports to the Ownership and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– A minimum of five years in a sales role with a contract manufacturer selling to OEMs
– Experience selling in the metal fabrication industry
– Sales management experience leading a small to medium sales team
– Ability to create a sales plan and execute
– Proven ability to develop and grow existing accounts
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
