Your Role with The Company:
– As the Sales Engineer / Customer Service & Quoting Specialist, you’ll be the critical connection between Matchless Plastics and its customers.
– You’ll own the quoting and sales process from start to finish—building strong client relationships, delivering technical insights, and preparing precise, competitive quotes.
– You’ll serve as a technical partner for customers, guiding them on part manufacturability while collaborating internally with engineering, tooling, and production teams.
– This position reports directly to the Sales Manager/Operations Manager and interfaces across all departments, making your success highly visible and appreciated!

Background Profile:
– 2+ years in quoting, customer service, or technical sales (plastic injection molding strongly preferred)
– Experience reading technical drawings and understanding manufacturing processes
– Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (preferably JobBOSS2), quoting tools, and Microsoft Office

– Degree in Plastics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field is a plus
