Your Role with The Company:
– Directing and coordinating efficient work activities on the 2nd shift
– Leading and training production teams to achieve production goals
– Assessing the talent level and strengths of the team
– Cross-training to cover shortages
– Ensuring that efficiencies and line rates are being tracked and met
– This position reports to the Production Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– Leadership experience in manufacturing
– Metal fabrication experience
– Ability to engage and motivate the team to improve efficiencies
– Excellent communication skills
– Passion for continuous improvement with a proven ability to reduce waste and increase efficiencies on the production floor
– Proven ability to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
