Your Role with The Company:
– Leading a team of 14 individuals and the sheet metal fabrication processes on the first shift
– Identifying bottlenecks in the processes and implementing improvements to improve on-time delivery
– Providing daily planning and coordination for jobs in the department
– Collaborating with fellow supervisors and communicating departmental goals and KPIs
– This position reports to the Production Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– 5+ years of experience in manufacturing
– Experience in a contract metal fabrication manufacturing environment
– 2+ years of supervisory experience including hiring, training, employee performance improvement, and termination
– Developmental leadership style with the ability to engage the team and promote a culture of trust and collaboration
– Passion for continuous improvement with a proven ability to reduce waste and increase efficiencies on the production floor
– Proven ability to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
