Your Role with The Company:
As Production Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Production department. Your primary responsibilities include:
– Directing and managing the production team to achieve optimal efficiency and quality in injection molding and secondary operations.
– Ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (ISO, IATF, SOP).
– Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity through Lean methodologies.
– Collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality to optimize production processes and meet delivery schedules.
– Developing and managing departmental budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
– Identifying, analyzing, and resolving production challenges through data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring.
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers significant career growth and recognition opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:
– Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Background in injection molding.
– A strong track record of developing and mentoring production teams.
– Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize standard operating procedures.
– Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
– Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
– Knowledge of IQMS software is a plus.
