Your Role with The Company:
– Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients, driving innovation through design, and have a strong influence on both the product roadmap and engineering strategy.
– Developing design concepts and prototypes with a focus on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness
– Engineering products using CAD and other tools, particularly in the sheet metal or similar space
– Managing testing plans, quality procedures, and technical documentation
– Providing mentorship and technical leadership within the team
– This is a high-visibility position where you’ll lead the full product development lifecycle—from customer concept to fully manufacturable product
– This position reports to the Engineering Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– 5+ years of design engineering experience, ideally with sheet metal or similar materials
– Strong CAD knowledge, experience with Solidworks preferred
– Experience and knowledge of product lifecycles
– Ability to think creatively and communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers
– Degree preferred, but not required
