Your Role with the Company:

  • Responsible for creating, implementing, and auditing procedures and equipment used in the manufacturing processes.
  • Work with departments across the organization, including Manufacturing, Quality, Design Engineering, and Purchasing, to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting manufacturing through day-to-day problem-solving
  • Creating and updating standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes
  • Evaluating and documenting manufacturing processes and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Ensuring product and process quality by designing testing methods, establishing standards, and confirming engineering specifications
  • Analyzing and preparing manufacturing data (direct labor hours, material costs, production scheduling) and making recommendations for improvement
  • Implementing cost-saving and quality-improvement projects
  • Evaluating capital investment opportunities and assisting in the implementation of new equipment


Background Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD design software
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team without supervision
  • Experience with fabrication and assembly processes
  • A solid mechanical or electrical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of basic automotive systems
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Continuous Improvement projects
