Your Role with The Company:
– Reviewing and developing manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
– Modifying manufacturing processes and assessing the type of equipment used to improve production speed, quality, or safety.
– Planning and developing program and project cost estimates and securing approval for subsequent changes or variances from approved plans.
– Working on projects involving the location of equipment and determination of workflow.
– Analyzing production and processing steps as well as the planning and scheduling of production.
– Improving processes to reduce costs and investigating and resolving cost control problems.
– Participating in conversion to new methods, systems, etc., to assure planned implementation.
– This position reports to the Engineering Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– 3+ years of production experience in a CNC machining and welding environment
– Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and production orders
– Self-starter with a positive attitude
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time appropriately to meet schedules
– Strong interpersonal skills, good relationship builder
– Experience working in an ISO9001/AS9100 environment preferred
– High School diploma or equivalent required, Additional technical schooling preferred
