Your Role with The Company:
– Lead a team of 6 direct reports, providing coaching and development opportunities.
– Foster a safe and efficient work environment, prioritizing safety protocols.
– Ensure top-quality finishes through meticulous quality control checks.
– Troubleshoot issues on the paint line quickly and effectively.
– Maintain and perform minor repairs on production equipment, keeping things running smoothly.
– Operate and adjust the paint line computer system, optimizing application and oven settings.
– Maintain accurate production documentation for seamless operations.
– This position reports directly to the Finishing Manager, offering high visibility and the chance to make a real impact.
