We’re looking for a Human Resources leader for this expanding operation in Superior, Wisconsin. This company develops its own products as well as provides contract manufacturing services and has 14 sites nationwide with global sales! Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

Your Role with The Company:
– You will partner with internal leaders as well as other sites to execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
– Strategize with leadership and utilize people analytics to drive performance, retention, and employee engagement.
– Manage projects related to performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
– Serve as an employee liaison to ensure compliance with company policies, resolve employee relations issues, and increase engagement.
– Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition to ensure a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline.
– This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a Manufacturing environment
– Ability to interact and influence all levels of the organization, building trust and rapport
– Experience using people analytics to increase performance and retention
– Proven ability to build internal culture and increase employee experience to improve retention
– Experience with talent management and succession planning
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
– PHR or SPHR desired
