Your Role with The Company:
– As an Electrical Controls Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our service center operations and engineering projects
– Troubleshoot control systems and optimize plant efficiency.
– Conduct training and implement innovative projects.
– Lead LEAN initiatives and develop cutting-edge equipment designs and control schemes to improve our wash operations.
– Build strong relationships with operations teams and spearhead change management and continuous improvement across Tosca’s facilities.

Background Profile:
– 3-5 years of previous progressive engineering experience, including process controls layout and design
– Experience with Network communications, robotics, vision systems, and barcode systems is a plus
– Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning and maintenance activities
– Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional and team-based environment
– Strong communication skills and the ability to be a team player are a must
– Problem-solving, solution-based critical thinking, and decision-making skills are essential
– Ability to apply your knowledge of Lean principals
– Ability to provide leadership in the company culture, including initiative, drive, and motivation
– Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, usually less.
