Your Role with The Company:
– You’ll bring concepts to life—literally. As a Designer/Drafter, you’ll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and production to turn customer needs into manufacturable realities.
– One day you’re creating a sleek new prototype for a national retailer, the next you’re reverse-engineering a custom OEM solution.
– You’ll report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with sales, tooling, and production, so your impact will be visible across the entire operation.

Background Profile:
– 2+ years of experience designing for manufacturing
– Proficiency in SolidWorks
– Experience in metal fab preferred; plastics and wood experience also welcome
– Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing tolerances
– Associate degree in drafting, design, or related field desired
– Bonus points for creativity, project management chops, and an eye for detail
