Your Role with The Company: .
– You’ll be the company’s financial quarterback, leading the charge on strategic planning, budgets, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
– You’ll be a key player on the Management Committee, reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO. Translation: your work will be seen and appreciated.
– Oversee Finance, HR, and IT functions—this is your sandbox to lead, improve, and innovate.
– Drive initiatives around cash management, internal controls, process improvement, and ERP optimization.
– Collaborate with team members across locations.
– Champion everything from tax reporting to cost accounting analysis, international financial compliance, and special projects that help the business scale wisely.

Background Profile:
– Minimum 5-7 years in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role like Controller or Accounting Manager.
– Strong experience in manufacturing is a must—we’re talking job costing, standard cost systems, and product profitability analysis.
– Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or CMA Major plus.
– Strong with ERP systems (bonus points if it’s M1) and not afraid of a spreadsheet.
– Collaborative style, systems-savvy, and someone who doesn’t just “do the books” but knows how to lead and build a function.
