Your Role with The Company:
– Establishing relationships and growing business with current OEM customers
– Continuously learning about and presenting new products to the customers, ensuring they are aware of the latest technology
– Following up on sales leads, managing the sales closing process, and processing customer orders
– Providing customer feedback to the team regarding the level and quality of service.
– Maintaining customer records, activity reports, pricing schedules, and other business records as directed.
– This position reports to the Sales Manager and will interact with many functions of the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– 5+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience in contract metal fabrication
– Experience with OEM Account Management ideal
– Proven ability to grow business with existing accounts
– Good listening and communication skills
– New quote generation with existing accounts
– Technical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints
– Ability to collaborate with the customer, engineering, and purchasing
– Technical Degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered
