Quality Supervisor– Injection
Molding

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position reports to the Director of Operations, and
will provide you with the responsibilities of:

• Providing
  quality performance data to shop floor and senior management – proactively
  using the data to partner with other functions to drive the continual
  improvement efforts
• Presenting
  quality updates to key customers
• Leading
  and prioritizing the work of the quality department
• Working
  with world-class customers to ensure quality systems mesh
• Driving
  the corrective action process to ensure short term issues are fixed while
  driving drive long term systemic improvement
• Providing
  training in quality systems for new and existing employees
• Overseeing
  day-to-day quality issues taking the appropriate corrective actions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

An excellent candidate will have the following skills and
qualifications:

• Experience
  in an injection molding manufacturing environment
• Knowledge
  of ISO Quality Systems
• Proven
  ability to implement and/or improve Quality Performance metrics
• Excellent
  communication and organizational skills
• Ability
  to multi-task, manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet
  customer expectations
• Leadership
  ability
• Continuous
  Improvement/Lean experience preferred
