Your Role with The Company:
– You will conduct powersports industry research and analysis
– Based on your analysis, you will recommend and predict where the product lines need to go in the future
– You will present the information and analysis to the product group
– You will develop and maintain a BI database and continue to add information to it over the years – must enjoy building processes and procedures
– This position reports to the Strategic Product Manager and is part of the product team

Background Profile:
– 3+ of years of experience in similar role
– A passion for powersports
– A self-started and have the ability to work independently
– Pragmatic Institute Certified is preferred
– Familiar with BI software, Tableau or MS Power BI preferred
– Strong project management communication and analytical skills
– Bachelor Degree required, Marketing Research or Communications preferred
