Your Role with The Company:
– Establishing relationships with current and potential new customers and generating quotes and proposals for new projects.
– Helping customers define technical needs and project managing the development of custom products for a variety of exciting applications for aerospace and defense customers across the United States!
– This includes coordinating with sales, engineering, customer service, and operations to meet project milestones.
– This position reports to the Project Engineering Manager and will interact with many functions within the company so your success will be recognized!

Background Profile:
– Must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a custom mechanical assembly environment, electric motor assembly preferred
– Previous experience in manufacturing, design, or costing engineering of electric motors and their components preferred
– Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
– Technical background
– Experience writing quotes, proposals, and technical specifications for custom products
– Outgoing personality and a passion for helping customers to solve problems
– Willingness to travel up to 25%
