Looking for
a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing automated equipment manufacturing
company?  We are looking for a creative
engineer that can work with customer specification or ideas and develop equipment



position reports to the Engineering Manager and will provide you the
responsibilities of:

  • Working with the customer to
    understand their needs and utilizing internal and external resources to develop

  • Ensuring the design is cost effective
    and competitive

  • Using 3D CAD to create machine
    concept drawings

  • Reviewing concepts with the customer
    to ensure the design will meet their specifications

  • Preparing quotes and reviewing with

  • Being the liaison between the
    customer and engineering/project management to manage changes or communicate

  • Communicating regularly with Project
    Managers to ensure projects are completed on time

  • Maintaining a positive image
    internally and externally and treating customers with a high sense of urgency

  • Staying abreast of the latest
    automation technology



  • Bachelors degree in mechanical,
    chemical or electrical engineering desired or equivalent work experience in
    designing automated equipment

  • Experience designing automated
    equipment for food and dairy, mechanical conveying or chemical processing

  • 3D CAD experience required,
    SolidWorks preferred

  • FEA experience desired
